Zero Dynamic’s 16kg Hard Bearing Belt Drive shaft, motor rotor, roller Balancing Machine is suitable for balance measurement of shaft products, various kinds of small motor rotors and roller products from 1kg to 16kg.
Zero Dynamic’s 16kg Hard Bearing Belt Drive shaft, motor rotor, roller Balancing Machine is driven by AC servo motor and belt drive is available in three ways: top-mounted, bottom-mounted and tangential drive, easy loading and unloading. The equipment is at a suitable height for both seated and standing operation. Unbalance can be corrected by adding material directly on the balancing machine (balancing clamps or applying balancing glue) or by taking it to another machine for removing material (drilling, milling or grinding). The machine can also provide anti-magnetic design solutions for magnetic rotors.
